Unlimited Systems is a healthcare technology company that develops revenue cycle management software for specialty medical practices. The platform streamlines financial processes from patient intake and insurance authorization to billing, claims and payment posting, helping providers work more efficiently, improve collections and gain clearer insight into their financial performance.

My Role
I was responsible for refreshing Unlimited Systems’ online presence by designing a new homepage and internal page layout rather than a full site overhaul. The goal was to modernize and streamline their look to better reflect their position as a healthcare technology company while ensuring the new pages blended seamlessly with the rest of the website, which was built several years earlier. This included establishing a cleaner visual framework and subtle animations to communicate simplicity and professionalism without feeling foreign to existing content.

When designing the new homepage and internal pages for Unlimited Systems, I focused on balancing a fresh, technology-forward look with the need to integrate seamlessly with the older portions of the website. The updated pages needed to showcase the software’s simplicity and modernity while reinforcing how it streamlines daily processes for healthcare practices. To do this, I planned a layout that would feel current and dynamic without appearing disconnected from the existing site.
I achieved this by moving away from the previous boxy, rigid framework and adopting a more open structure with overlapping components, opacity shifts and gradients to create depth and a more immersive atmosphere. Dynamic elements such as slide-ins, subtle animations and moving components were used to bring key content to life. Statistics, client reviews and program features were animated to reduce text-heaviness and present information in an engaging, easy-to-digest way. The result is a refreshed site experience that feels modern, approachable and clearly communicates how Unlimited Systems’ software can transform a healthcare practice’s processes for the better.
