Niner Bikes is a Colorado-based bicycle company known for pioneering 29-inch wheel mountain bikes and innovating in the gravel and off-road space. The brand has built a reputation for combining durability and performance with an adventurous spirit, offering bikes that cater to both casual riders and competitive racers. With a deep heritage in the dirt and a focus on forward-thinking design, Niner continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible on two wheels.

My Role
I managed day-to-day social media and helped shape strategy around product launches, events, athlete partnerships and brand storytelling. Working closely with the internal marketing team, I created content that honored Niner’s roots while pushing the brand forward, celebrating its role as the original 29-inch wheel pioneer, and making that legacy feel fresh and relevant to today’s gravel and off-road riders.

I organized Niner’s social media around a few clear pillars that reflected what riders already loved about the brand. Event coverage highlighted professional races, demo days and expos. Product launch posts were timed to releases and focused on what made each new bike or feature stand out. Athlete updates and collaborations kept the team and its partners visible and relatable. Lifestyle stories showed the fun side of riding, from exploring to spending time with friends and enjoying two wheels beyond the start and finish lines. Tech content dug into innovations like CVA suspension and RDO carbon to reinforce Niner’s reputation for pushing boundaries.
Using these pillars created a rhythm people could recognize and look forward to. It gave long-time fans and new followers a place to talk about their own builds, compare bikes and share tips, turning the feed into more of a conversation than a broadcast. The result was a social presence that felt authentic, dynamic and true to Niner’s roots while still moving the brand forward.
